The first step of Localgov onboarding is payment processing enrollment. We offer multiple options and competitive rates. Localgov is a public portal for businesses, offering a more effective way manage tax & registration compliance across the nation from a single portal. Therefore, our customer service team is able to seamlessly manage payment support for businesses. Seamless reconciliation is facilitated via a Localgov API sync or custom reports that reflect data upload requirements to your ERP/GL. Therefore, eliminating redundant payment processing management for government staff. Localgov adheres to federal FIPS 140-3 level security standards and is fully PCI and NACHA compliant.
Our pricing is simple. We quote a one-time onboarding fee and a fixed annual license fee based on an estimated volume of tax filings and/or application renewals. Custom implementations related to APIs or SSO will be quoted and included in the onboarding fee. We remain flexible with pricing to address possible budget restrictions and cost predictability needs. There are no additional costs for customer support or ongoing maintenance.
We have you covered! We understand that some businesses prefer to pay in-office or mail a check. Check and cash payment options can be enabled for government staff or select IP addresses to submit paper forms and in-person payments. If businesses prefer to pay in person, we can provide a kiosk solution to ensure all filings are recorded in Localgov.
